This role is essential within Capital One HR’s Privacy Office, focusing on operationalizing privacy assessments like Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
You will partner with Privacy Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to Workforce Privacy laws and accurately reflect HR processes in key privacy artifacts.
The position involves implementing and maintaining tools and procedures for privacy compliance assessments, including partnering with international HR teams and supporting audits.
