Plans and organizes structural analysis work at the program level to assure total compliance with structural integrity and stability requirements.
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by defining requirements for development of analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools.
Works with customers and regulatory agencies to define certification processes that will ensure requirements are met.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
12+ years of experience in structural or aerospace industry
9+ years of experience performing structural analysis on metallic structures
9+ years of experience performing structural analysis on composite material systems
9+ years of experience working on primary aircraft structures or secondary structures
3+ years of experience collaborating with international partners/suppliers
3+ years of experience supporting test development and execution
Ability to assist, advice, and check classical hand analysis methods
Ability to perform FEA and understand/utilize/validate results
Prior experience with aircraft, heavy structures, hardware systems or interiors manufacturing/production systems
