Job Summary

  • Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) 3 for Philips customers in the Valhalla, NY area.
  • Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and all related tasks and independently diagnose, resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems, and resolve customer issues.
  • This is a field role and is most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Key Requirements

  • Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • general biomedical, defibrillators, ventilators, and/or anesthesia experience highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors and computer hardware
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
  • valid driver’s license and driving record
  • US work authorization
