Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years progressive HR Business Partner experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to drive major initiatives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and people analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Korean employment laws
  • Experience working across multiple countries
  • Fluency in Korean and English required
