Job Summary

  • You will lead deal teams at the project level for Japanese Equity Advisory deals, manage and build relationships with clients in the Japanese Capital Markets, and generate other revenue opportunities through cross-selling.
  • This position involves monitoring and analyzing listed Japanese real estate companies (REITs and others) to generate ideas, recognizing trends and changes in market conditions to help clients adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  • This role offers the opportunity to experience launching new businesses within JLL, engage in new business development for real estate investment beyond traditional brokerage, and work with a team of professionals knowledgeable about domestic and international clients and the Japanese real estate market.
