Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current active California OT license
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Evaluate residents within 24 hours of referral
Develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise COTAs, aides, and students
Nice-to-have
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Proficient in NetHealth documentation system
Proficient in PointClickCare documentation system
