Job Summary
The Customer Engagement team focuses on creating software experiences that serve our customers and their businesses.
This role will focus on building servicing experiences for Capital One agents and customers that provide clarity and fast resolutions to customer inquiries for our Accounts Payable and Expense Management products.
This role will also focus on generating insights for the broader product team from servicing data leveraging AI to perform analysis, identify customer pain points, and design solutions.

Salary
Base: $111,200 - $138,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or military experience
1 year of product management experience
1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
1+ years translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms (preferred)
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)
