Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
  • Experience with manufacturing production
  • Ability to obtain ATF clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency with CREO/ProE CAD tools
  • Experience with Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance
  • Active or obtainable DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain ATF access clearance
