Job Summary
The Business Process Engineering team focuses on transforming and optimizing operational processes to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
You will be responsible for defining and executing Process Transformation Plans, and participating as a Process Engineer in SDA CIB projects.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different areas and stakeholders across BBVA’s European branches and holding units.

Experience managing initiatives from concept to implementation
Experience or strong knowledge in financial services areas
