Job Summary

  • The Business Process Engineering team focuses on transforming and optimizing operational processes to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • You will be responsible for defining and executing Process Transformation Plans, and participating as a Process Engineer in SDA CIB projects.
  • This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different areas and stakeholders across BBVA’s European branches and holding units.

  • Proven experience leading process redesign initiatives
  • Ability to analyze complex environments
  • Advanced ability to prepare deliverables using Google Suite
  • Experience with customer journey mapping
  • Knowledge of strategic organizational change management
  • Experience managing initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Experience or strong knowledge in financial services areas
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools
