Job Summary
This role leads a team of three and serves as the primary business partner for intake, requirements definition, prioritization, and functional oversight & co-design of solutions delivered by IT, with a focus on Salesforce.com.
The Business Data Partner Manager works cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Price & Contract, and IT to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and an actionable roadmaps.
The role provides end-to-end functional leadership across the solution lifecycle—requirements, design alignment, testing/UAT, release readiness, change management, and adoption—to ensure data intake solutions are scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose.
