Job Summary
The Fire Cadet position is a 12 – 18-month program that provides Baltimore City High School graduates between the ages of 17 and 20 the opportunity to become a full-time member of the Baltimore City Fire Department after successfully completing their Fire Cadet program.
Cadets will receive mentorship pairing with fire personnel as well as career preparation workshops and Fire Academy readiness training.

$15.00 - $30.00 Hourly; Hiring Salary: $15.00 Hourly; Benefits: medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, wellness programs, support groups, and workshops
