Must-have
Thermal FEA experience with ANSYS or STAR-CCM+
7+ years in thermal analysis role
MS degree in engineering or applied physics
MATLAB or Python for analytical modeling
Test-model correlation and validation
Nice-to-have
Experience with EO/IR sensors and STOP analysis
Knowledge of MIL-STD-810 standards
CAD skills for engineering drawings
Ability to operate environmental chambers
Interdisciplinary project teamwork experience
Key Requirements
MS or higher degree in engineering or applied physics
