Must-have
Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency
Critical Path Analysis (CPA) expertise
Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) experience
Engineering background in EPC or Plant Engineering
High-pressure gas plant construction knowledge
Nice-to-have
Fluent English and Japanese language skills
Experience with Cold Eye Reviews
Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
