As the Conducting Officer for Fund Accounting, Valuation and Finance, this individual will lead the oversight of asset valuation, fund accounting across both public and private market funds, and the financial reporting of the Management Company
Job Summary
As the Conducting Officer for Fund Accounting, Valuation and Finance, this individual will lead the oversight of asset valuation, fund accounting across both public and private market funds, and the financial reporting of the Management Company.
They will ensure that all activities are delivered in line with CSSF regulations, UCITS law and AIFMD requirements, covering a diverse range of asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, debt funds, joint ventures, direct properties and liquid assets.
This role includes managing and developing a high‑performing team, providing supportive line management, mentoring colleagues to uphold quality standards, and fostering a culture that reflects Aviva’s values.

Key Requirements
Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
extensive experience in accounting and valuation modelling or valuation review
