Base: $141,800.00 - $186,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off

Must-have
5+ years experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals
3+ years leading large scale strategic initiatives
Advanced degree in Life sciences or business
Strong project management and change management skills
Experience with Agile principles and data modeling
Nice-to-have
Oncology industry experience highly preferred
Master's degree or MBA in operations
Database and Data Warehouse experience
PowerBI and Smartsheet proficiency
Ability to partner across all time zones
