The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and managing service requests while collaborating to maintain technical cleanliness of the system.
This is a customer-site-based role with travel across assigned regions and requires flexible working hours depending on system demands, maintenance windows, or emergencies.
