Job Summary

• Oversees and performs facilities maintenance tasks for buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
• Assigns and ensures completion of work orders, routine upkeep, and major defect repairs while monitoring building services to ensure expected equipment lifespan.
• Works with external stakeholders, manages contractors, ensures property compliance, and supports cost-cutting programs through efficient maintenance practices.
