Job Summary

  • This is a results focused position where the primary goal is to drive enrollment growth for our vital Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program by converting pre-qualified member leads into active enrollments.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified health plan members to secure enrollments in new Enhanced Care Management (ECM) benefits.
  • Our full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits enrollment after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits, Short & Long-Term Disability Benefits, Voluntary Accident, Voluntary Critical Illness, and Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Plans.
