Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) assists the Nurse Manager in leading a team of care providers to provide patient focused care through the integrated skills of all care team members.
The ANM assists with the planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations for a designated area(s) on a 24-hour basis.
The ANM will help lead the Immediate Care Center at The James but also play an active part on the leadership team for the Oncology Pod ED.

Key Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in nursing
Current Ohio RN license
Two years of clinical experience
