Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting, as well as preparing and administering medications.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
