Must-have
3-5+ years product ownership experience
Hands-on Jira Software and JSM experience
Platform governance and standardization expertise
Stakeholder management across technical teams
Nice-to-have
Atlassian automation and scripting tools knowledge
Experience with enterprise service workflows
Scaled Agile delivery background
Familiarity with Atlassian APIs
Key Requirements
3–5+ years of product ownership or business systems analysis experience
Strong understanding of platform governance and enterprise scale enablement
