  • Leads the development and implementation of new programs and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and leads integration and optimization of operations across the designated division(s).
  • Responsible for overall budget related to respective service line and specialties, ensuring workforce strategy that supports the business strategy, including staffing, aligning skills with roles, leadership development, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Assesses technology, industry, professional and national developments, reimbursement trends, and market dynamics to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans, while also representing their respective service line/specialties in local, state, regional and national organizations.

Key Requirements

  • Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Healthcare-related field
  • 10 years of experience in physician practice, healthcare administrative or strategic planning
  • At least 5 years of management in/oversight of physician practices, healthcare administration, or strategic planning including developing and executing multiyear business plans
  • Rigorous problem-solving, data collection, and analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
