Key Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a Software Development or Engineering Manager role
Experience building and operating cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
Proven ability to lead teams delivering distributed, cloud-native applications
Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
