Key Requirements
BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS, NCS, BABCP accreditation or equivalent
Diploma level qualification with 3 years post-qualification experience and 450+ counseling hours if not accredited
Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000
Registered with Information Commissioner's Office as Data Controller
Ability to work within short-term counseling model in EAP context
