Job Summary

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management with the guidance from Total Rewards and collection of pre-employment requirements up to onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, team dynamics, and job requirements and develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, top-tier candidates.
• Champion an exceptional candidate’s experience at every touchpoint, ensuring timely, transparent, and respectful communication, and act as a brand ambassador for Allegro MicroSystems.
