Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project and will offer a nature-focused resort with 361 rooms and eleven distinct dining concepts.
The Food & Beverage Coordinator reports to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage and Cluster Executive Chef and supports the department through organizational and administrative duties including meeting minutes and correspondence handling.
The resort will set new standards in sustainable development, located on 200km of untouched coastline with rich marine habitat and ancient archaeological sites.
