Job Summary

• The Clinical Outcomes Specialist (COS) role supports both our hospital customers as well as our sales team, providing clinical and product education with a focus on helping customers improve patient care, outcomes, and clinical workflow.
• This position requires flexibility, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and to collaborate with team members to ensure customer happiness, with weekly travel to hospitals located in the territory three to four days a week.
• The role is predominantly focused on our PSS (Beds and stretchers) and FLC (vital signs monitors) product portfolios, with additional ancillary support for our GSS portfolio (surgical tables).
