Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the correct functioning of the Front Desk department to meet objectives, achieve guest satisfaction, and ensure service excellence.
Manage guest complaints with the goal of obtaining satisfactory responses to their requests and ensure a pleasant first impression during check-in and check-out.
Coordinate daily tasks with the team and other areas such as Housekeeping and Restaurant to ensure smooth operations according to company procedures.
