  • Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of identified best practices within the company.
  • The role involves developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth department operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs, with an emphasis on developing future PM leaders.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline
  • Demonstrated people management experience
  • Experience with drug/vaccine product registration and commercialization
