Job Summary Oversee daily operations of a beauty and massage outlet, managing staff, customer service, sales targets, inventory, and regulatory compliance to drive business success and deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the beauty and massage outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Develop and manage staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance to maintain a motivated and skilled team Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene to enhance client satisfaction and safety Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve feedback or complaints to uphold the outlet’s reputation Monitor sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and cost control Ensure all operations comply with relevant Singapore regulations to maintain legal and safety standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or massage industry Experience in a supervisory or managerial role Basic knowledge of massage or beauty treatments Ability to work on weekends and public holidays Strong communication skills applied to customer service interactions Demonstrated responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork in previous roles
