Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience
Recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare
Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation
CO Real Estate License required within 120 days
Experience using Yardi, Kardin or MRI
Proficiency in technology tools
