Kalispell Assisted Living is seeking an MDS Coordinator to oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This remote position requires strong nursing credentials and supervisory experience in long-term care, along with the ability to analyze data and support interdisciplinary teams

Job Summary

  • Provides oversight on facilities’ weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and tracks and monitors facility effective utilization of PDPM tools.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, significant change, and coordinates interdisciplinary participation.
  • Schedules and conducts resident care conferences in compliance with state and federal regulations and assists disciplines in formulating and revising care plans.
