Minimum 5 years retail bakery experience
Minimum 3 years cake decorating experience
Up to 75% travel within Texas state
Solid presentation and communication skills
Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint proficiency

Associates degree in culinary arts or pastry
Experience with new store openings
Ability to attend food shows and industry events
Key Requirements
