You will be accountable for providing administration and coordination support to the Australian regional TA team, supporting internal & external recruitment activities with a focus on continuous improvement, due diligence and compliance to the recruitment policy.
The responsibilities are vast and exciting, and include: Working within the Workday recruiting system to track candidates through the TA process, scheduling interviews for bulk recruitment, providing administration support for psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and the final stages of hiring.
