Job Summary
As a Facilities Technician, you will serve as a key technical resource within our Facility Management team, combining hands-on technical expertise with coordination responsibilities to ensure optimal facility operations for our life science clients.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure (excluding HVAC systems) and perform general repair and maintenance work using manual skills and technical expertise.
Coordinate external service providers and trade contractors for maintenance and repair activities, process and manage work order tickets through first-level technical support, and monitor maintenance activities while maintaining accurate documentation of completed work.
