The Training Supervisor is primarily responsible for developing and coordinating training programs for the location associate population and tracking the completion of these training programs.
This role supports the development of strategic training plans that allow for effective allocation of people resources for the location.
This role may also help with work related to onboarding, onsite training, virtual training, and a variety of activities to support local site operations.

Proven record of complying with safety requirements
