Job Summary

  • Craft a compelling product strategy for our web properties and customer platform, transforming complex scientific purchasing journeys into intuitive, self-service experiences that drive both new lead acquisition and seamless re-ordering for existing researchers.
  • Act as the steward of our MarTech ecosystem. Lead the strategic evaluation of our current stack, establishing robust operational governance and seamless data flow between our web frontend, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Use web analytics, qualitative insights, and quantitative metrics to validate bold ideas, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure the capture of high-fidelity marketing intel, and leverage your deep expertise to define the underlying attribution and routing logic that connects web behavior to sales opportunities.
