Job Summary

  • Support SoFi’s in-house litigation counsel on litigation and arbitration efforts, including intake of new matters and placement of litigation holds.
  • Facilitate the gathering of internal discovery, shepherd and complete litigation research requests, and conduct internal investigations in response to complaint allegations.
  • Assist in the generation of litigation-related reports, including financial reporting, and support continuous improvement of litigation workflows.
