Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, monitor budget execution, identify deviations, and prepare comments and recommendations for management.

Key Requirements

Minimum several years of experience

Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations
Experience with human costs and team efficiency analysis is a plus
Excellent Excel and BI tools skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
English language proficiency for international environment
