Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of property and compliance professionals to establish and scale Anduril’s property management capabilities.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001.
Act as the primary customer contact for federal operations and government property activities, leading program reviews and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Requirements
7-10 years of experience managing customer property
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business
In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245
Experience with compliance audits (DCMA, DCAA)
Familiarity with property management systems (PIEE)
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
