Job Summary
Position will be responsible for managing Performance to Plan and implementing strategies to ensure employee and product safety, first pass quality and continuous improvement are imbedded into the culture to increase productivity and team morale.
Position will develop strategic plans to support emergent requests, review and adjust implementation plans, resolve issues, and provide coaching, mentoring, and developmental opportunities to enhance teammate performance.
Additionally, this role will promote employee engagement and cultivate an organizational culture that improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.
