The role requires designing a comprehensive MEL framework that integrates data flows across Ni-kshay, TB Arogya Saathi, and project-specific dashboards to track performance across the TPT care cascade.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to conduct baseline, midterm, and end-line evaluations while ensuring data quality through quarterly DQA visits and statistical analysis.
