Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and has health, safety, and environment (HSE) experience on large projects.
Capable of preparing HSE plan for grass roots projects.
Must have an international recognized professional safety certification i.e. CSP, CMIOSH.
