Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years software engineering experience
  • 2+ years managing software engineers
  • Experience managing Android or iOS engineers
  • Experience with agentic coding and AI workflows
  • Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile apps
  • Strong Agile/Scrum process advocacy

Nice-to-have

  • 8+ years total software engineering experience
  • Prior native development in Android or iOS
  • Experience in fitness or women's health products
  • Experience with FDA-regulated health products
  • Experience with wearable devices and ML algorithms
  • Asynchronous collaboration across global time zones

Key Requirements
