Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years experience with high speed SerDes
  • Deep understanding of linear systems analysis
  • Strong coding skills for simulation and modeling
  • Experience generating IBIS-AMI models

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with emerging D2D standards like UCIe
  • Experience with 3D electromagnetic simulation tools
  • Knowledge of advanced technology nodes 7nm and below
  • Self-educator capacity to pick up new fields
  • Strong debug and problem-solving skills

Key Requirements
