The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and category management, with strong analytical and negotiation skills, and will be responsible for driving supplier performance and implementing cost-saving initiatives. **

Job Summary

  • As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Category Manager will lead, develop and implement category and supply resiliency strategies, supplier performance management, contract negotiations, and identify and lead cost savings opportunities to ensure we maintain best value.
  • The role will be responsible for ensuring the strategies support sourcing lowest total cost of ownership (TCO), while also meeting other business requirements, including engineering, quality, commercial and product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of category management and procurement experience
  • Strong experience with lean manufacturing techniques
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Microsoft Project experience highly desirable
