  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care, and monitor vital signs.
  • Ensure resident rooms are clean, organized, and ready for admissions or transfers, and maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive environment.
