Job Summary

  • The main responsibility is to evaluate customer airline management systems and supporting the analysis of training data & their application to the airlines recurrent training program.
  • This role will support the airline adopting a competency-based training program, based on the use of validated data.
  • Provide airline implementation progress updates, risks and options for mitigation to the CBTA Program Manager.
