The Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Consumer Power business group, supporting Generac's ongoing growth through FP&A and finance & accounting duties.
Key responsibilities include owning the sales rebate program workflow, performing month-end accruals, and leading customer-level P&L reviews with sales leaders.
The role involves partnering with data analytics teams to migrate reporting to PowerBI and assisting in building monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced
Experience creating month-end accruals
Strong understanding of financial statements and P&L
Nice-to-have
Previous public accounting experience
Experience with SAP and PowerBI
Ability to manage cross-functional projects
Experience working for a publicly traded company
Strong business mathematical and analytical skills
Key Requirements
