Job Summary
This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing, classifying according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participating in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations.
Responsibilities include preparing customs entries, following up on clearance processes, communicating discrepancies, coordinating freight delivery, resolving finance and accounting reconciliation issues, and scanning entries into the imaging system.
